Vietnam Veterans Memorial | Names Are Added to 'The Wall'

The Department of Defense is the agency responsible for deciding whose names go on The Wall, based on established criteria. If the DOD determines that a Vietnam Veterans death was a direct result of severe physical, psychological and torture-related combat wounds inflicted by the enemy while he was held prisoner during the Vietnam conflict.
Names Being Added to The Wall: Lance Cpl. John E. Granville, U.S. Marine Corps, Lance Cpl. Clayton K. Hough, Jr., U.S. Marine Corps, Capt. Edward F. Miles, U.S. Army, Sgt. Michael J. Morehouse, U.S. Army, Lt. Col. William L. Taylor, U.S. Army and Cpl. Ronald M. Vivona, U.S. Marine Corps.
