These race cars were built by Vietnam Veterans to show there love for there fallen brothers and sisters and to honor the National League of POW-MIA families, as well as Veterans from all wars. ''Freedom Is Not Free''
Built by Max Loffgren, Vietnam Vet from Fairfield, CA. This '55 Chevy Dragster was built as a tribute to the American servicemen who are listed as Prisoners of War/Missing in Action during the Vietnam War from 1959 – 1975 Never Forgotten Inc.
Evan Knoll has dedicated this 8,000-horsepower Top Fuel dragster to the memory of the more than 58,000 soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines who gave their lives in the line of duty in the Southeast Asia theater along with the 304,704 who were wounded in action. All told, almost 1.6 million members of the United States military saw combat action during the conflict.
